Task A client who owns a flower business approached us with the following request: “The business has been operating successfully for over a year, I understand the product and the audience, but I cannot achieve brand consistency in communications”. She needed a clear direction. We decided to start with a brand strategy and then move on to creating a new brand identity that would strengthen its positioning.
Strategy In-depth research was conducted on the business audience, analyzing behavior patterns, needs, etc. It showed that our clients don’t actually buy flowers, but rather emotions for the person to whom the bouquet is addressed. The main motivation was to bring a smile, and flowers were a means to achieve that goal.
